Lisa is an award-winning employee engagement and internal communications specialist. With a passion for developing strategies which drive positive change, based on insight, Lisa provides consultancy support on all aspects of internal communications and employee engagement.
Her career began in corporate communications and crisis and issues management. In 2012 she set up the Employee Engagement & Change Management practice for the UK & Ireland at one of the world’s largest communications consultancy’s, Weber Shandwick.
Lisa’s experience spans all sectors and industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, not-for-profit, engineering, professional services, food manufacture and FMCG. Clients she has worked on behalf of include: SABIC, Saudi Aramco, BNP Paribas Wealth Management, LEGO Foundation, L’Oreal, O2, University of Northampton, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Holiday’s, Discovery Networks, EDF Energy, MAC Aids Foundation, Honeywell, the NHS, American Express, Sky Sports and Samsung.
