Insight and research

Our work kicked-off with the AB Acid Test Audit – tailored, qualitative research that taps into the mind of the workforce. This gave Post Office the backbone of a new communications and engagement strategy.

Wow magazine and its sister website was designed for a predominately female workforce aged 30-55 and won the Gold Award from the Institute of Internal Communication for Best Employee Publication in 2014.
