About us

It all started in 1964 when Anthony Buckley set up the UK’s first agency dedicated to employee communications. He called it AB. More than 50 years later, the agency he founded creates content and builds channels for employees, customers and stakeholders.

Meet the team

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re AB – a closely-knit team of around 30 writers, creatives, developers, strategists and project managers based on Bermondsey Street in central London.

We love what we do and practise what we preach. Step into our offices and you’ll sense that immediately. Clients tell us we have a passion for our work that sets us apart.

AB has a unique culture – we call it ‘ABness’ – which we have not acquired by accident. Our values have remained unchanged since AB started as a family firm in 1964. We balance freedom and autonomy with responsibility and accountability. Our open, flat structure breeds collaboration. Ideas are welcomed from anywhere, on anything. The atmosphere is fun, friendly and usually frenetic.

Say hello to these lovely ABers. We’ve given everyone 180-182 characters to make an introduction.
