We write and design Royal Mail’s core channel – Courier – one of Europe’s biggest and oldest employee publications, with a

readership of around 200,000. 70% of survey respondents consistently identified Courier as their main source of information.

Design

Our studio creates a diverse range of materials for Royal Mail’s internal and external audiences including award programmes, web banners, posters, calendars, reports and brochures.

Digital

In 2016 we launched Insight – a digital publication designed for smartphones and computers. It helps time-poor line managers understand key business issues better and have more informed, confident conversations with their teams.
